The soundtrack of life

Long before there was a "Jack FM" there was JACK RADIO! It's hard to imagine, in the early days of the internet there were no iPods! Although MP3 has always been a great format for music, it hasn't always been that portable. The proceedure was to burn your tracks back to cd so you could play them in your discman. But not for me! I had to have access to my music from wherever I happened to be. Thus, I began streaming my music as a shoutcast server from winamp.

The world has since caught up with me and there are some pretty good off-the-shelf solutions for keeping ones mpeg library available.
